GCK type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for three-phase five-wire power system of three-phase AC 50HZ, 60Hz, rated voltage of 380V, 690V, rated current of 4000A and below power plants. 1. The switchgear is a fully assembled combination structure, and the basic skeleton is assembled with FA steel.
2. The external dimensions and opening dimensions of the cabinet skeleton and parts are changed according to the basic module E=25mm.
3. The cabinet body is anti-wear and corrosion resistant after electrostatic spraying after pickling and phosphating, and the internal partition and drawer are galvanized and passivated.
4. The compartment of the switchgear can be divided into functional unit room, busbar room and cable room, and the role of each room is relatively independent, which can prevent the touch of the live parts of the adjacent functional unit and limit the expansion of accidents.
5. The switchgear drawer has a connection position, a test position and a separation position; Each drawer and switch are equipped with a mechanical interlock device.
6. The functional unit drawers of the same specification can be easily interchanged, and each functional unit drawer corresponds to a maximum of 20 pairs of auxiliary contacts, which can meet the needs of automatic monitoring systems for remote operation control, electrical metering and computer interface.
7. The door panels and sealing plates around the switchgear are made of 2mm cold-rolled steel plates, and the protection level of the cabinet is IP3X.
