In the power supply system as the use of breaking load current and closing short circuit current, widely used in urban power grid construction and transformation projects, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings and public facilities, as a ring network power supply unit and terminal equipment, play a role in the protection of electric energy distribution, control and electrical equipment, can also be installed in box-type substations.
The ring network cabinet is equipped with a pressure load switch and a vacuum load switch, and the operating mechanism is a spring operating mechanism, which can be operated manually or electrically. In addition, it can also be equipped with disconnector and fixed circuit breaker, the ring network cabinet has strong set of performance, small size, no fire and explosion risk, and has a reliable "five prevention" function.
Main Characteristics
Qinghao switchgear meets the requirements of GB/T11022, GB/T3906 and IEC60298 related standards. It has the interlocking device function to prevent below:
1. pushing and pulling circuit breaker truck when on loading.
2. miss opening and closing circuit breakers.
3. closing the circuit breaker when the grounding switch is in the closed position.
4. miss entry into the live compartment,
5. miss closing the grounding switch when it is live.
Advantages
1. The cabinet body is assembled with 8MF profile, and the module hole E=20mm is installed in the whole frame;
2. The load switch, disconnector, circuit breaker and cabinet door in the cabinet have perfect and reliable mechanical linkage and interlocking devices, which can effectively prevent miss operation and ensure safe maintenance.
3. Fuse combination electrical cabinet, melt pipe with striker, short circuit, striker hit the trip mechanism, to achieve fast switching, can effectively protect electrical equipment. The ring network cabinet adopts frontal operation and is installed against the wall.
4. Power transmission operation: Only when the cabinet door is closed and locked, and the grounding switch is operated to the "open" position, the load switch can be operated to the closed position.
5. Power failure operation: When the load switch is in the open position, the grounding switch can be closed, and the cabinet door can be opened when the grounding switch is in the closed position.
6. The isolation knife and circuit breaker have a reliable interlocking device and the door also has an interlocking function, which fully meets the requirements of five defenses.
7. The door panels and sealing plates around the switchgear are made of 2mm cold-rolled steel plates, which are strong and durable. The cabinet protection level reaches IP3X.
